Return Policy – Jane London
At Jane London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible to return it.
Below you will find our return policy, presented in a clear and transparent way.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

A return request can only be made after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
Returned items must be:

unworn,
-
unwashed,
-
undamaged,
-
in their original condition,
-
with all original tags and labels still attached and intact.
Trying on the item is allowed, but extended wear or actual use is not accepted.
Please note: intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the aim of returning part of the order is not permitted under our policy.
🔁 Return Procedure

Announce your return request by contacting us at:
contact@janelondon.comYou have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to submit this request.

We will then provide you with the return address of our logistics partner.

You return the item at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees or additional transport charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (track & trace) to avoid any disputes related to lost parcels.
💳 Refunds
Once the item has been received by our logistics partner and its condition has been checked, we will proceed with the refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
No refund can be issued if:

the item does not arrive at our logistics centre, or
-
the item does not meet the return conditions stated above.
⚠️ Responsibility
Jane London is not responsible for parcels that are lost if the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

The customer is fully responsible for providing a correct and complete address when placing the order.

Any address error must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
